PBS KIDS TALK ABOUT

PBS KIDS Talk About is an Emmy-nominated live action and animated series focused on important conversations kids and parents can have at home about courage, relationships, emotions, self-confidence, and curiosity. It includes a half-hour broadcast special on race and racism that aired on the PBS KIDS channel.

My role in the series was to storyboard and animate the character animation sequences and animated overlays. I also created an original hand-drawn animation based on Amanda Gorman’s poem, “Talking Gets Us There”, for an online version of the broadcast special.

PBS KIDS Talk About has won a Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Educational and Informational Series.
